BrightSale.co.uk

Our technical expertise has allowed BrightSale to become one of the fastest growing online estate agents in the country. The company's requirements were very diverse. We had to design not just a complete online brand but also a comprehensive marketing strategy within a tight budget. We overlaid this onto a bespoke CRM platform which we designed and built specifically to enable BrightSale customers and management to communicate in new and exciting ways. www.BrightSale.co.uk

Exceptional Homes

The design brief for Exceptional Homes was to create a brand that would reflect the exclusive nature of the company's business: which was the launch of the country's first estate agency catering only to properties priced in excess of £1 million. The company demanded a striking but innovative conception, which we achieved through the use of a black and white pallet with impactful rolling images. www.ExceptionalHomes.co.uk

Slurp.co.uk

Ribica International Limited were in a serious mess. The website they had externally commissioned for their fantastic €œSlurp online wine brand was not delivering. Their original site was not only presented poorly, but it was not optimised to handle Google ad word-driven sales traffic or organic searches.

It was a familiar problem to us. Users had to endure a purchasing process that was long and cumbersome, resulting in frequent '€˜dropped' sales. Landing pages were not configured properly, and the site overall suffered from an emphasis on description, as opposed to commerce.

Also sadly familiar was a site designed in frames which meant that diagnostics such as heatmaps and navigation analysis were impossible to perform properly.

We rebuilt the website from scratch and made the actual purchase of wine the primary focus. We reduced the number of clicks from ad word to completion from 5+ to 3. Only then did we design some interesting new features – such as the "Instant Expert" function which allows customers to find the perfect wine for their occasion based on words supplied by them and analysed by the smart database. www.Slurp.co.uk

ListaProperty.com

The difficulty with ListaProperty.com was the need to create a brand that would transcend national boundaries and allow customers to list property (for sale or rent) in the United States, continental Europe and the UK – and via a common database and platform. We achieved this through a multiple interface model whereby the site presents different versions of itself to different users depending on where they are located. www.ListaProperty.com

College Place

The top end property developer Apteral Developments came to us to prepare a website for a redevelopment of a beautiful nineteenth-century Baptist church in north London. The web presence we designed combined an elegantly presented representation of the project itself with a simple Flash sign up form which attracted almost 350 interested buyers for the fourteen units. www.CollegePlace.co.uk

Apteral Developments

We built a website for the developer of College Place, Apteral Developments. The brief was to capture the developer's style and sense of luxurious living. www.Apteral.com

Sealed Bids

Sealed Bids is another innovative venture within the property arena. Fed up with reading stories about buyers being misled and duped by unscrupulous agents, the management of Sealed Bids decided to create a new company that would sit at arm's length from both the estate agent and the solicitor. This they hoped would engender proper confidence that bids were being handled in a fair and proper manner.

To achieve this we utilised state of the art online auction and security software to provide a safe and trustworthy platform. The system is being leased to estate agents, mainly in London and the South East of the UK. www.sealed-bids.co.uk

Blonde Property Blog

Louisa Fletcher had built a powerful position for herself as a leading commentator on property affairs in the UK. She approached us to turn this profile into an exciting online presence. Our solution was to design and build the BlondePropertyBlog.com, which is already becoming an important reference point for property news and commentary, not to mention a thoroughly witty and entertaining account of Louisa's interesting daily life.www.blondepropertyblog.com
